Life’s Riddle (My Twin)

I visited a grave today

The words were etched in stone,

No visitors past for flowers to bring

Twas lonely stood all alone.

I paused a moment and pondered there

For strange the soul I felt to care,

Why the scent of familiar being

Unknown to me and never seeing.

Yet still I linger and search my heart

Close together yet so far apart,

For answer to life’s riddle

For they were once so very little.

The answer lies within the past

Twas in a mothers womb,

Life for one was meant for leave

For on earth there was no room.
